Long Island City (LIC) is experiencing a renaissance of art and culture which is a fervour in the New York creative community. Part of the growth that is taking place is the emergence of print providers moving into the LIC area adding to the generative enviroment. The Long Island City Graphic Arts Center is being created to do the following:
